Project Summary: In the spring of 2015 as part of a seminar on rural internet access I worked with a group of fellow students to conduct field research and design a survey to better understand rural internet access and use through the case study of Mendocino, CA.
Methods: Interviews, field visit, survey, secondary research
My Role: I served as project manager and coordinated our application for IRB approval to conduct human subjects research. I also helped to design the interview guide, schedule and conduct interviews, analyze our findings, and design and pilot a survey.
