Project Summary: Not Impossible wants to redesign their website and better understand their audience to drive engagement. As part of our pro bono work at Salesforce several colleagues and I are working with Not Impossible to provide research, design, and strategy support.
Methods: We are conducting a survey to better understand their audience and develop personas. We are conducting a workshop to refine the personas and ideate on strategy for engaging the NI audience. A designer and engineer on our team are redesigning the website. We are also collaborating with a solutions architect who is implementing Salesforce.
